The Baby’s First Year Membership thoughtfully preserves your baby’s first year through a series of portrait sessions, from those earliest newborn days to the milestones and little glimpses of personality that emerge along the way.

The tiny newborn curled against your chest becomes the baby who smiles when you walk into the room. Then they’re sitting, crawling, laughing and showing you more of who they are every day. Before you know it, you’re lighting a candle on their first birthday cake.
Baby’s First Year Photography allows us to preserve those fleeting stages as one beautiful story, rather than waiting until the year has already passed and wondering where it went.

The Baby’s First Year Membership is designed for families who know they want more than photographs from a single stage.
Rather than planning each session separately, we’ll thoughtfully document your baby’s first year through a series of portraits that feel connected from one season to the next.
Depending on the membership you choose, your baby’s year may begin with newborn portraits and continue through meaningful milestones such as sitting, growing personality and their first birthday.
The result is a collection of photographs that doesn’t simply show what your baby looked like. It tells the story of how they grew.

Each portrait session is relaxed and baby-led, allowing plenty of time for feeding, changing, soothing and simply letting your little one settle into the space. As they grow, we’ll follow their lead, making room for movement, curiosity and genuine connection.

Baby's First Year Questions
When should I reserve my Baby's First Year Membership?
Ideally, during pregnancy or shortly after your baby arrives. Memberships are limited so that space can be reserved throughout your baby’s first year.
Which milestones should we photograph?
There isn’t one perfect schedule for every baby. We’ll choose stages based on the membership you select and the moments that matter most to you. Popular stages include newborn, six months, nine months and first birthday.
Can parents and siblings participate?
Absolutely. Your baby’s first year is part of your family’s story, and parents and siblings are welcome to be photographed during your sessions.
What if I only want one milestone session?
You don’t need to join the membership to photograph a milestone. Individual Baby Milestone Sessions are available for families who would like to preserve one particular stage.
Where do sessions take place?
Baby’s First Year sessions can be a thoughtful mix of in-studio and on-location portraits, allowing us to create a collection that feels beautifully connected while still capturing each stage in its own way.
We may begin with quiet, light-filled newborn portraits in the studio, then move outdoors for a later milestone or first birthday session. Together, we’ll plan each session around your baby’s stage, the season, and the way you’d most love to remember this first year.
