A few weeks ago, I was able to join Jessica and her family at her home for baby Selah’s fresh 48 session. Originally when I spoke to Jessica, we were going to photograph her home birth. Selah had different plans, though!
She came way faster than anyone expected, which led to a fresh 48 session.
It was so sweet to see how smitten big sister Annabelle was with her baby sister. In our conversation, Jessica mentioned the best thing about having this stage of life documented.
“Being able to see the relationship with my daughters blossom, and have that to look back on.”
My sister and I were 14 months apart when she was born. Though, I can’t remember meeting her for the first time. I would’ve loved being able to see pictures of me holding my new baby sister.
Enjoy some of the photos from the time I spent with the Tran family.
